The second floor has an additional master bedroom suite with full bath, bedroom with queen bed and den with full sized hide-a-bed. There are two more large bedrooms with queen beds; a bunkie room with two sets of bunk beds; two additional full baths; and a large playroom with a daybed and trundle, various games and toys, and a TV with VCR and DVD.

The remodeled basement has a full bathroom with large walk-in shower, a dorm room with eight beds, DVD player and TV, plus a shuffleboard table and storage area.

The boathouse contains an additional 650 square feet of living space complete with kitchenette, full bath, two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other two twin beds), a living room with satellite TV, and a large deck area with panoramic views of the lake.
