The over 3000 square foot main cottage includes a remodeled fully equipped family kitchen; a dining area with seating for 12 or more with additional seating for six more people at a second table in the adjoining great room. The great room has a wood burning fireplace, lots of comfortable seating that is perfect for viewing the lake, watching satellite TV or a movie from the extensive collection of DVDs. The first floor master bedroom suite has its own full bath, bedroom with king-size bed, and a den with wireless internet access and queen hide-a-bed. The second floor has an additional master bedroom suite with full bath, bedroom with king-size  bed and den with full sized hide-a-bed. There are three more large bedrooms with queen beds,  two additional full baths; and a large playroom with a daybed and trundle and a bunk bed, various games and toys, and a TV with VCR and DVD.

The remodeled basement has a full bathroom with large walk-in shower, a dorm room with eight beds, DVD player and TV, plus a shuffleboard table and storage area.

The boathouse contains an additional 650 square feet of living space complete with kitchenette, full bath, two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other two twin beds), a living room with satellite TV, and a large deck area with panoramic views of the lake.
